5-Year Bed Guarantee: We’re confident so you can be!
Our 5-Year Bed Guarantee covers all bed frames, storage beds and TV beds as well as our headboard panels.
This guarantee protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults, providing long-term peace of mind. However, please be aware that it does not cover fabric damage, wear and tear, stains, accidental damage from misuse or moving the product; before or after assembly.
1-Year Wear and Tear Guarantee: Upholstery and Mechanical Parts
We offer a 1-Year Wear and Tear Guarantee which covers defects in fabric or fillings and any issues with moving parts for one year from the date of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your products provide optimal comfort and continue to perform as expected.
Individual Product Guarantees for Mattresses
All our mattresses come with their own product guarantee, tailored to its unique durability and performance features. Our Heritage and Polestar Hybrid mattresses offer a 5-year guarantee covering structural defects and manufacturing faults, while our more budget-friendly options include a 1-year guarantee. Additional Conditions and Exclusions
While we aim to provide comprehensive coverage, certain conditions and exclusions apply to our guarantees. These exclusions include, but are not limited to:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or intentional actions (such as incorrect handling or moving of the product).
- Accidental damage or negligence by you or any third party.
- Improper assembly.
- Cracking of wood due to extreme changes in room humidity or exposure to direct heat sources, such as in damp areas or direct sunlight.
- Settlement of fillings, unless they fall out of tolerance (minimum 70mm).
- Water damage.
- Damage caused by pets.
- Improperly stored items (e.g., stored in damp conditions or not in the correct orientation).
- Staining, excessive soiling, or dye transfer from non-colourfast materials.
- Alterations or repairs made by anyone not approved by Conrad Interiors.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase.
Please note, guarantees do not apply to commercial, business, or resale use. We will not be held responsible for any consequential losses, lost profits, business interruptions, or similar damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order at the time of purchase.
Making a Claim: A Simple and Efficient Process
If you need to make a claim under either guarantee, we strive to make the process as easy as possible. To register a claim, simply email us with proof of purchase and photos showing the entire product as well as the area of concern. Once we receive your claim, we will promptly acknowledge it and provide clear instructions on the next steps.
