At Conrad Interiors, we’re dedicated to making your delivery experience as smooth and convenient as possible. We aim to deliver your bed or mattress using our in-house delivery team. However, if logistical or geographical challenges arise, we work with trusted independent couriers who specialise in handling beds and mattresses with care.
Deliveries
- Delivery Areas: While we strive to deliver everywhere, areas like the highlands and islands may not be accessible. If you’re unsure about your area, let us know your concerns, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. Please see the chart below for details.
- Delivery Confirmation: You’ll receive advance notice of your delivery day, followed by confirmation via phone, message, or email the day before. If you need to make changes, please notify us as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations may incur a re-delivery charge.
- Room Placement: Our delivery team will place your items in the room of your choice, up to the first floor. If additional floors are involved, a small surcharge may apply, please let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you.
- Access Considerations: To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check measurements for hallways, staircases, and tight turns. If issues arise and adjustments to your product are necessary (e.g., resizing or splitting a headboard), additional charges may apply, including re-delivery fees.
- Delays: While we do our utmost to stick to delivery slots, factors like weather or traffic can sometimes cause delays. We’ll keep you informed and updated throughout the process.
- Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your items upon delivery and flag any concerns with the driver or our office immediately. Once signed for, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during movement within your home, so take care when manoeuvring large items.

Assembly and Installation
We offer a premium 2-man assembly and installation service for an additional fee. Charges will vary according to your location so please see the chart below for further details.
This service includes delivering your order to your chosen room and assembling/installing it. Please note:
- We do not dismantle or remove existing furniture or packaging as part of this service.
- Ensure clear access to the room and keep pets and children out of the way for safety.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change or items don’t work out as expected. Here’s how we can help:
- Cooling-Off Period: You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Please provide written notice within this time frame.
- Bespoke Items: Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable after the 48-hour cooling-off period. If you have concerns, reach out, and we’ll explore options where possible.
- Returns After Delivery: Should you decide to return an item, a £150 handling fee will cover administration and collection. Alternatively, you may use your own courier, but please share tracking details and include all relevant documentation.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
- Mattresses: For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. Faulty mattresses fall under a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the delivery date. Please refer to our Guarantee page for more information.
